- - -,- - -wolle beschließen das Volk: dass man belobige dasVolk der Tenier und bekränze mitgoldenem Kranz (im Wert) von eintausend Drachmenwegen seiner Leistung und seines Wohlwollens gegenüber demVolk der Athener; dass auch seiSteuergleichheit für alle Tenier, die inAthen wohnen, - - -- - -Lücke- - - belobige - - -- - - undbekränze einen jeden der beiden mit einem Olivenkranz,weil sie um das Volk derAthener verdiente Männer sind; dass die Tenierauch Zugang haben zum Rat und zumVolk unmittelbar nach den Opfern, wenn sie dessenbedürfen; dass sich ihrer annehmen der jeweilsamtierende Rat und dieGeneräle, damit ihnen von keiner Seite Unrechtgeschieht; dass diesen Beschlussder Sekretär des Rates aufzeichne auf eine steinerneStele und aufstelle auf der Akropolis;dass für die Aufzeichnung auf die Stele derSchatzmeister des Volkes 20 Drachmengebe.
Unter dem Archon Ourias; die Demetrias hatte die elfte Prytanie inne,für die Euxenos S.d. Kallias aus dem Demos AixoneIX Sekretär war; im Thargelion am altenund neuen, dem neunundzwanzigsten (Tag) der Prytanie; Volksversammlung; von den Vorsitzendenleitete die Abstimmung Theotimos S.d. Theokles aus dem Demos - - - und seine Mitvorsitzenden.Beschluss von Rat und Volk; - - - stellte den Antrag:Hierüber, was der Gesandte der Tenier berichtet, wolle beschließender Rat: dass die Vorsitzenden, die erlost sein werden zum Vorsitz im Volk für die kommendeVolksversammlung, den Gesandten der Tenier einführen vor die Volks-versammlung und verhandeln lassen und die Beschlussvorlagedes Rates in die Volksversammlung einbringen, wonach der Rat beschließt, dass man belobige dasVolk der Tenier und es bekränze mit goldenem Kranz gemäßdem Gesetz wegen seiner Leistung und seines Wohlwollens, das es stets gegenüber dem Volkder Athener hegt; dass für sie (die Tenier) gültig sei die vom Volk verlieheneSteuergleichheit gemäß dem Beschluss, den - - - beantragthat, und sie Militärdienst leisten und die Sondersteuern zahlen gemeinsam mit dem Athenern;dass man belobige auch den Gesandten der Tenier - - -und ihn bekränze mit einem Olivenkranz wegen seines Ehrgeizes fürdas Volk der Athener; dass man ihn auch zum Festbankett lade in dasPrytaneion für morgen; dass diesen Beschluss der Sekretärdes Volkes aufzeichne auf die Stele, auf der auch das früher vom VolkBeschlossene aufgezeichnet ist, so wie sie es erbitten; dass für dieAufzeichnung die Finanzverwalter begleichen - - -.
- - -,- - -the People shall decide: to praise theTenian People and to crown themwith a gold crown of 1000 drachmasfor their excellence and good will forthe Athenian People; and there shall beequality of taxation for the Tenians livingin Athens - - -- - -lacuna- - - to praise - - -- - - and][crown] each with a foliage crown,because they are good men concerning theAthenian People; and the Tenians shallhave access to the Council andPeople after the sacred business, if theyshould need it, and the Council in office at any time and thegenerals shall take care of them,to ensure they are harmedby no-one; and the secretary of the Councilshall inscribe this decree on a stonestele and stand it on the acropolis;and for inscribing the stelethe treasurer of the People shall give 20drachmas.

Assembly. Of the presidingcommittee Theotimos son of Theokles of - - - was putting to the vote and his fellow presiding committee members.The Council and People decided. - - - son of - - - of - - - proposed:concerning the matters that the ambassador of the Tenians reports, the Council[shall resolve]: that the presiding committee allotted to preside at thenext Assembly shall present the ambassador of the Tenians tothe People and put the matter on the agenda and submit the opinionof the Council to the People, that it seems good to the Council to praise theTenian People and crown them with a gold crown according tothe law for the excellence and good will which they continue to have for the AthenianPeople; and the equality of taxation granted to them by the Peopleaccording to the decree which - - - son of - - - of - - - proposed shall be affirmedfor those performing military service and paying capital taxes on the same basis as Athenians;and to praise the Tenian ambassador - - -and crown him with a foliage crown for his love of honour for theAthenian People; and to invite him to hospitality in thecity hall tomorrow; and the secretary of the People shall inscribethis decree on the stele on which the earlier decree of the Peoplehas been inscribed, in accordance with what they themselves request; and for theinscribing the board of administrators shall allocate - - -.
